Builder’s Eye was created by D.J. Dowling General Contractor, a multi-million dollar contracting firm with over 20 years of experience in the building industry.   We have been called on many times to serve as expert witnesses in construction litigation cases.  Video proved to be the best courtroom evidence, but presenting evidence on DVDs was a cumbersome process.  We developed our own video on demand software to organize and deliver construction video in the fastest, easiest way possible. Our mission is to help builders and project owners use video as a proactive construction management tool to save time and money and prevent claims.
